It was a pleasure meeting you and your team yesterday when my husband and I came for our blood test  for Visa purpose. Such a dramatic change from earlier times when we would have had to spend close to half a day, yesterday our procedure was done in flat 15 mts from the time of Arabic typing to the blood test. It was not just the shortened time taken, but as senior citizens we were given priority in every counter, given special tokens and felt so pampered.
